How it is used
Salon service
This information is used to manage appointments, send confirmations, answer client messages, track beauty points, and improve the client experience.
Third parties
Firebase, Google Calendar, and email
The website uses Firebase for accounts and database storage. Booking data may be sent to Google Calendar and email services for appointment confirmations and updates. The guided website booking tool uses fixed choices and does not send booking conversations to an AI service.
Client control
Access and correction
Clients can log in to view their account information. Contact the salon to correct or remove information where required by applicable law.
